Unseen Signs needs no account, and most of what you enter stays on your phone. Here is how to delete all of it, and what happens to the little our server holds.
1. Delete everything from the app

Open Unseen Signs and go to the You tab.

Scroll to Your data and tap Remove my profile and data.

Tap Remove details to confirm.
This deletes, from your phone: your profile and birth details, the people you saved, your journal notes, mood check-ins, daily answers and score, and your notification settings.
It also deletes, from our server: the random ID of your device and every record linked to it (when you used a personal reading, readings you reported, and activity measurement), and any personal alert registration. If the server cannot be reached, nothing is deleted yet and the app asks you to try again.
2. If you no longer have the app
Write to hello@unseensigns.com and ask us to delete your data. If you can, include the Support ID shown on the Premium screen, because we do not know who you are and the ID is how we find the records tied to your device. We reply within one month.
Records tied to a device’s random ID are also deleted automatically: use records after 30 days, reported readings and activity measurement after a year.
3. What is kept
Nothing about you. The daily readings for each sign are kept for 3 days, but they hold nothing about any reader. If you asked for a personal reading, OpenAI may keep what was sent to it for up to 30 days under its own policies.
