The rules for using the Unseen Signs app and website, in plain words.
1. These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Kristian Kinchev, a private person in Bulgaria (“we”), for the Unseen Signs app and the website unseensigns.com. By using them you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use Unseen Signs.
2. What Unseen Signs is, and is not
Unseen Signs shows astrology for reflection and entertainment. Planet positions are calculated with astronomical formulas. The texts are written automatically, partly by an AI model, from those positions, and they can be wrong or unsuitable.
Nothing in Unseen Signs predicts events or is medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice. Do not make important decisions on it alone. If you are in crisis or need help, contact a professional or your local emergency number.
3. Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old to use Unseen Signs.
4. How you may use it

Use Unseen Signs lawfully and for yourself.
•
Do not try to break, overload or misuse the app, the website or the reading service, or to get around the free weekly limit.

Do not submit anything unlawful, or other people’s private information without their permission.
•
“Unlimited” readings in Premium are subject to fair use, so that one person cannot overload the service for everyone else.
We may limit or stop access for anyone who breaks these rules.
5. What you write stays yours
Your questions, notes and dreams belong to you. You allow us to use them only to give you the answer you asked for, as the privacy policy describes.
6. Free features and Premium
The daily view in both zodiacs, your charts, the sky calendar, the check-in and your score are free. Premium adds more personal readings, questions and dream explorations.

Premium is a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. The price and any free trial are shown before you buy, and the store charges you.

It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before, in your App Store or Google Play account settings. A free trial turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.

Refunds are handled by the store under its rules and your legal rights.
•
If the price changes, the change applies to later periods, and the store tells you in advance.
7. Our content
The app, its texts and its designs belong to us or to those who license them to us. You may use them for yourself and share the cards you make. Do not copy or resell them.
8. Changes and availability
We keep improving Unseen Signs, so features can change, and the service can sometimes be unavailable. If we ever close a paid feature, we tell you in advance where we can, and the store’s refund rules and your legal rights apply.
9. Liability
Unseen Signs is provided as it is, as far as the law allows. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on a reading. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects your rights as a consumer.
10. Ending
You can stop using Unseen Signs at any time, and delete your data in You → Remove my profile and data. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
12. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. For important changes we also tell you in the app.
